The Himalayan Years
Into the Himalayas
After leaving home, Guru Yogish Aaditya journeyed directly into the Himalayas of Nepal and India. During six years, he dedicated himself to seeking knowledge, learning and spending countless hours in meditation at various ashrams and caves under the guidance of Siddha Gurus.
His years in the Himalayas became a period of deep spiritual practice, discipline and learning.
A journey inward begins with the courage to seek.
Returning to Nepal
From personal practice to service
One day, his Guru instructed him to return to Nepal and dedicate his life to the spiritual awakening of its people. His Guru also advised him to fulfill his inherent karma through spiritual awakening and to use his knowledge and wisdom for the betterment of society.
After returning to Nepal, he established the Yogish Atmachaitanya Yog Center and the Himalayan Yogish Foundation, with the vision of sharing ancient esoteric wisdom of meditation and spiritual practices with people from different backgrounds and communities.

Taking wisdom beyond the ashram
At the Yogish Atmachaitanya Yog Center, Guru Yogish Aaditya has been conducting various spiritual programs. Through these teachings and programs, he has worked to help people discover greater peace, awareness and purpose.
Organizations and associations across Nepal have invited him to conduct spiritual and awareness programs in different cities. His spiritual work has also taken him to Vietnam and Sikkim.
His teachings focus on developing inner awareness, conscious living, mental clarity, personal growth and success in both the inner and outer worlds.

Guru Yogish Aaditya envisions establishing a unique and extraordinary Dhyana Mandir, unlike any other around the world. The vision is described as a rare concept that has not yet been built anywhere till date.
